Today we shipped an update to how Peer-to-Peer Fundraiser’s visibility is controlled from the Hopsie admin. Nonprofit users wanted to be able to control whether or not a Fundraiser was public from their fundraising microsite, as well as active but only via a direct url. This essentially allows for users to differentiate between public fundraisers that appear for all users and private fundraisers that run “behind the scenes”.
From the Hopsie admin a user can now edit the visibility of a Fundraiser by clicking Projects on the left hand sidebar. Once on the Projects page, select the Project that houses the Fundraiser you’d like to edit and select the Fundraisers tab. Every fundraiser related to the Project will appear here. Simply click on the one you’d like to edit and then change the visibility using the buttons in the top right hand corner.
Beyond additions to the Fundraiser’s visibility we also added a new email template token |form_donation_count| which will return the number of donations (in string format) that have been processed through the Donation Form that was used.
Changelog
- Added public and active states to the fundraiser object
- Added |form_donation_count_token|
