Earlier this week we saw increased error reports related to the dedicate donation feature. Donations were processing properly and there were no failures in transactions related to this bug. The issue only impacted accounts where a dedicate email template was set to go out when a donor elected to send a dedicate message to the dedicatee. The email was sending but in many cases we saw a selection of tokens that were not being replaced due to the changes in our token infrastructure.
On January 31, 2017 we deployed a fix that corrected the above issue and ensured that all dedicate emails were being properly drafted and delivered.
We received reports from a group of beta peer-to-peer customers about issues with the current amount of team and individual fundraisers. A bug in the way donations were being associated on a team fundraiser were causing the team current amount to not increase accurately when individual fundraisers were processing donations. On February 1, 2017 we deployed a fix and confirmed that all existing team fundraisers are reporting the correct current amount.
