We are building an affordable solution that provides nonprofits with all the tools they need to effectively fundraise online. Hopsie is a fundraising platform with a dual focus: removing the barrier of entry for nonprofits to effectively fundraise online and automating stewardship practices to magnify donor engagement & retention. We believe that any organization, regardless of their size should have access to quality fundraising tools and insightful analytics.

We get excited about online payments, rich user experiences, and minimalist user interface. Our goal is to drastically decrease the amount of money spent on fundraising software through intelligent design, low overhead and dedication to nonprofit work.

Our Office In Portland

We couldn’t be more pleased to have landed in Portland. Maine is a beautiful state and the Portland area is a perfect blend of urban creativity and rural relaxation. Located at 482 Congress Street, we are within walking distance of first class restaurants, coffee shops, bars, music, and everything else Downtown Portland has to offer.

Our office is open concept, no cubicles or offices here. Everyone works out of the same space so we can share ideas and collaborate easily. Beware of the Winston, the Terrier Chihuahua who attacks everyone. While we work incredibly hard, we also like to take breaks. During downtimes you can find us playing classic video games, getting competitive at ping pong or stepping out for a happy hour.

Embracing Remote Work

While we are specifically recruiting local (Portland & surrounding areas) talent, we do believe a balance of remote and office work is beneficial. This business was built in coffee shops, apartments, co-working spaces and just about everywhere else you could think of. For this reason we embrace working in different environments at different times and do everything possible to remove constraints on how work gets done.
